You've got to remember that your baby is not the only 1 who is growing and changing during your pregnancy. Your own body has to adjust, these adjustments though aren't always pleasant and cosy. Being prepared for what lies ahead can help put your mind at rest.
One of the earliest changes and remarkable changes in your body is your tits. Even in the first month of pregnancy, most women will spot a change in size and tender to touch. The nipples will also start to get larger and darken. These changes spring from big quantities of oestrogen and progesterone being produced in the pregnancy. These hormones make the glands inside your torpedos to grow in preparation for milk and breastfeeding once your baby is born. You'll also notice veins in your breast area increase, this is because of increased blood supply to the tits, do not fret though this is zilch to concern yourself with as this is a natural occurrence .
In the
first trimester pregnancy you may experience extraordinary fatigue. This can be a side-effect of the physical changes that your body is experiencing. This can also be pin-pointed to a massive rise in your hormone levels. Your exhaustion will drop off around the twelfth to fourteenth week of pregnancy. As this fatigue lessens you will feel more invigorated and virtually back to your pre-pregnant self. However when you get to the 30-34 week period you may tire out again. Fatigue is nature's way of telling your body to get more rest, try and take a sleep in the day for an hour or two and go to bed earlier in the evening.
regularly the queasiness that strikes women in the first trimester is worse in the mornings. This is thanks to the fact that the stomach is empty at that time . But early morning sickness is not restricted to the morning it can strike at anytime. It will usually start in the fifth to sixth week then becomes less harsh by the end of the 12th week. It can last for longer if you're expecting twins or more. The reason for early morning sickness isn't 100 percent clear but looks to be related to HCG. ( Human chorionic gonadotropin, a hormone released by the placenta. )
You could hear some women claim that nausea is a sign that you are having a normal pregnancy. This claim is a parable, if you are not having morning sickness or disappears early just think on yourself that you've had good fortune. It also a parable to how bad your morning nausea is re the sex of your baby. So please don't go out decorating the child's room in blue just because a so-called sensible family member has told you that you are having a boy because your morning nausea has lasted two months longer than average.
